Interior Finishing
The final stages of interior construction — drywall hanging, taping, finishing, and texture — done to a level that reads flat under raking light instead of showing every seam.

Drywall finishing is the most visible trade in any renovation and the one homeowners notice when it's done badly. Butt joints telegraphing across a hallway, texture that doesn't match the adjacent room, corner beads that wave — all avoidable.
We specify the finish level appropriate to the lighting and paint sheen in each room, and match existing textures on repairs so additions and patches disappear into the original surface.
Scope of work.
Drywall installation
Hung with proper fastening and joint placement to minimize visible seams.
Taping & finishing
Standard through level-five finishes depending on lighting and sheen.
Texture matching
Orange peel, knockdown, and smooth textures matched to existing rooms.
Ceiling work
Popcorn removal, smooth ceiling conversion, and ceiling repair.
Patch & repair
Water damage patches, access holes, and settlement crack repair done to blend.
Our process.
Substrate check
Framing straightness and blocking verified before board goes up.
Hang
Sheets laid out to minimize butt joints in high-visibility areas.
Finish
Multiple coats, sanded and inspected under raking light.
Prime & inspect
Primer applied, surface re-inspected, and touch-ups completed before paint.
Common questions.
What is a level-five finish and do I need it?
It's a skim coat over the entire surface. Worth it for large walls with sheen paint or heavy natural light; overkill for a standard bedroom in flat paint.
Can you match my existing texture?
Yes. We sample and match knockdown and orange peel textures so repairs don't stand out.
How long before I can paint?
Joint compound needs to fully dry between coats. Most rooms are ready for primer within a few days of the final coat.

Targeted design and construction upgrades to the two rooms that carry the most daily use and the most resale weight — executed with the plumbing, electrical, and waterproofing done right behind the finishes.
Precision woodwork — crown molding, casing, wainscoting, coffered ceilings, and custom built-ins — that gives a room the polish production builders skip.
Professional hard and soft surface flooring installation and interior painting — the two finishes that change a house most per dollar, and the two most often ruined by rushed prep.
