Full Home Renovations
Comprehensive, top-to-bottom remodeling that changes how a house actually works — layout, light, flow, and finish — managed by one licensed general contractor from design through punch list.

Whole-home projects live or die on sequencing. Structure, then rough mechanical, then insulation and drywall, then finishes — with every trade scheduled so nobody is waiting and nothing gets built twice.
We manage the entire sequence: permits, engineering when walls come out, subcontractor coordination, inspections, and a running schedule you can actually see. One contract, one point of accountability.

Common questions.
How long does a whole-home renovation take?
Most run three to six months depending on scope, structural work, and permit timelines. We give you a phased schedule up front.
Can we live in the house during the work?
Sometimes, with phasing. If kitchens and primary baths are down simultaneously, most families are more comfortable relocating for part of it.
Do you handle design?
We coordinate design and selections, and bring in architects or engineers when the scope requires stamped drawings.
More remodeling & interiors services.
Targeted design and construction upgrades to the two rooms that carry the most daily use and the most resale weight — executed with the plumbing, electrical, and waterproofing done right behind the finishes.
The final stages of interior construction — drywall hanging, taping, finishing, and texture — done to a level that reads flat under raking light instead of showing every seam.
Precision woodwork — crown molding, casing, wainscoting, coffered ceilings, and custom built-ins — that gives a room the polish production builders skip.
Professional hard and soft surface flooring installation and interior painting — the two finishes that change a house most per dollar, and the two most often ruined by rushed prep.
