FAQ

Common questions

Do you handle my insurance claim?

No. We provide the documentation, engineering and estimates your adjuster and insurer need, and we work alongside your adjuster or public adjuster. Decisions about your claim stay between you and your insurer.

How long does a large-loss rebuild take?

It depends on the extent of the damage, permitting and inspection schedules. We give you a written schedule after the engineering assessment and update it as concealed conditions are documented.
