FAQ
Common questions
What should I do in the first 48 hours?
Get everyone out safely, call your insurer to report the loss, keep receipts, and photograph the damage if it is safe. Do not let anyone cut a tree off a structure without a plan for the load it is carrying.
Tell us what happened, or what you want to build.
