Flooring & Paint
Professional hard and soft surface flooring installation and interior painting — the two finishes that change a house most per dollar, and the two most often ruined by rushed prep.

Flooring failures are almost always subfloor failures. Out-of-flat slabs, unsupported spans, and moisture in concrete cause the cupping, hollow spots, and separated seams that get blamed on the material.
Paint is the same story with prep. We wash, patch, caulk, prime bare and repaired surfaces, and cut clean lines — because two coats over a dirty wall is just an expensive way to see the old one.

Prep
Grinding, leveling, patching, caulking, and priming — the step that determines the result.
Install / paint
Layout planned for sightlines; paint applied in full coats with clean cut lines.
Protect & clean
Finished surfaces protected through remaining work and a full clean at completion.
Common questions.
Is LVP a good choice for a whole house?
For most families, yes. It's waterproof, durable, and handles pets and Georgia humidity better than engineered wood in basements and baths.
Can you refinish my existing hardwood?
Usually. Solid hardwood can be sanded several times; engineered depends on wear-layer thickness, which we'll check first.
How many coats of paint do you apply?
Two finish coats over primed surfaces, standard. Deep color changes sometimes need three, and we'll say so up front.
More remodeling & interiors services.
Comprehensive, top-to-bottom remodeling that changes how a house actually works — layout, light, flow, and finish — managed by one licensed general contractor from design through punch list.
Targeted design and construction upgrades to the two rooms that carry the most daily use and the most resale weight — executed with the plumbing, electrical, and waterproofing done right behind the finishes.
The final stages of interior construction — drywall hanging, taping, finishing, and texture — done to a level that reads flat under raking light instead of showing every seam.
Precision woodwork — crown molding, casing, wainscoting, coffered ceilings, and custom built-ins — that gives a room the polish production builders skip.
