Common questions.
Fiber cement or vinyl?
For most North Atlanta homes we recommend fiber cement or engineered wood. Both hold value better, resist impact, and look far closer to real wood than vinyl.
Can you replace siding without repainting the whole house?
Pre-finished siding arrives in the final color, so partial replacement can be matched. Field-painted siding usually looks best repainted as a whole elevation.
Why does my soffit matter for the roof?
Ridge vents only exhaust air if soffit vents let air in. Without intake, the attic superheats and shortens shingle life significantly.
