Mold Remediation
Safe containment, removal, and treatment of mold growth — followed by fixing the moisture condition that caused it, because remediation without a moisture fix is temporary.

Georgia humidity means mold is opportunistic here. Crawlspaces, bathrooms, attics with poor ventilation, and any wall cavity that stayed wet after a leak are the usual sites. Bleaching the surface does nothing about what's inside the material.
Proper remediation means containing the work area under negative pressure, filtering the air, removing affected porous materials, HEPA-vacuuming and treating what remains, and then eliminating the moisture source so it doesn't come back.
Scope of work.
Containment
Physical barriers and negative air pressure so spores don't migrate into clean areas of the home.
HEPA air filtration
Air scrubbers running throughout the work to capture airborne spores.
Material removal
Affected drywall, insulation, and porous materials removed and bagged.
Treatment & cleaning
HEPA vacuuming and antimicrobial treatment of remaining structural surfaces.
Moisture correction
Ventilation, drainage, encapsulation, or leak repair — whatever created the condition.
Our process.
Assessment
Identify the extent and, critically, the moisture source feeding it.
Contain & filter
Work area sealed and put under negative pressure before anything is disturbed.
Remove & treat
Affected materials removed; remaining surfaces cleaned and treated.
Correct & rebuild
Moisture problem fixed, then the space restored to pre-loss condition.
Common questions.
Do I need testing first?
For visible growth with a known source, often not. For health complaints or unexplained odors, third-party testing before and after is the right call.
Can I just clean it myself?
Small surface spots on non-porous material, maybe. Anything inside drywall, insulation, or framing needs containment so you aren't spreading spores through the house.
Why does my crawlspace keep growing mold?
Almost always a drainage, vapor barrier, or ventilation problem. Encapsulation and grading corrections solve it permanently; repeated cleaning does not.
More damage restoration services.
Emergency extraction, structural drying, and dehumidification to stop damage from spreading — the first 48 hours decide whether you're drying a house or rebuilding one.
We help homeowners navigate the claim process and rebuild the property to pre-loss condition — with scoping, documentation, and carrier communication handled by the same contractor doing the work.
Rapid-response structural and exterior repairs after severe weather — emergency tarping and board-up first, then a permanent repair built to current code.
Specialized construction that reinforces and repairs compromised load-bearing components — framing, joists, rafters, headers, and bearing walls — with engineering oversight.
