The company is owned by a licensed Professional Engineer, Stephan Tremblay, P.E., and we're licensed as a General Contractor in the State of Georgia. When you call us, you're not getting a salesperson trying to sell you a roof. You're getting trained professionals who inspect your home, document what they find, and develop the right solution for your property.

How long does a roof replacement take?+
Most residential roofs are torn off and re-roofed in a single day. Larger or steeper roofs, and complex rooflines, can run two to three days.
What happens if you find rotten decking?+
We photograph it, show you, and replace it. Decking is priced per sheet in your written proposal, so there is no surprise number at the end.
Do I need to be home?+
No. Many homeowners are at work during the install. We walk the finished roof with you afterward.
Can you roof over my existing shingles?+
We tear off. Layering hides bad decking, shortens the life of the new shingles, adds weight to the framing, and voids most manufacturer warranties.
How soon can you get me an estimate?+
