A targeted fix to the failing detail, not the whole roof.

Typically when the shingles have life left and the failure is isolated to flashing, a boot, or storm damage in one area.

Partial

One slope or section replaced to match the rest of the roof.

Typically when damage is concentrated on a single elevation and the remaining slopes are sound.

Full replacement

The roof system comes off and goes back on, deck up.

Typically when the roof is at the end of its service life, or damage and deck rot are widespread.

Sometimes the right recommendation is the small one. You'll get the honest answer, not the expensive one.

Three things to ask any roofer
