That's what an engineer's standard looks like on a repair. We check the whole system, find why it failed, and photograph everything so you see what we saw.

Sometimes a leak has already reached the decking, the framing, or the inside of your home. As a licensed Georgia general contractor owned by a Professional Engineer, we can handle what's under the shingles: rotted decking, structural repairs, and interior damage. We work with water mitigation partners and your insurer when needed.

Who is actually inspecting your roof: are they trained to identify problems, or primarily there to sell you a replacement?

Yes, when the damage is isolated and the rest of the roof is sound. That's the partial option: we replace the damaged section and leave the healthy roof alone.

It depends on what failed, how far the damage has spread, the materials, and access. That's why we price it on site after the inspection, line by line, with no obligation.
